What knowledge should I know when installing the saw blade?

There are many kinds of synthetic diamond saw blades, and they are used for many purposes.
 
Classify by shape: circular saw blade, row saw, band saw, wire saw, rope saw, such as:spring fixing diamond wire saw 
 
1. The equipment is in good condition, the spindle has no deformation, no diameter jump, the installation regulations are firm, no vibration, etc. 
 
2. Check wet/dry saw blades, whether the  saw blade are damaged, whether the teeth are complete, whether the saw blades are smooth and smooth, and whether there are any other abnormal phenomena to ensure the safety of use.
 
3. When assembling, make sure that the direction of the arrow of the saw blade is the same as that of the spindle of the equipment.
 
4. When installing the saw blade, keep the axis, chuck and flange disc clean. The inner diameter of the flange is the same as the inner river of the saw blade. The outer diameter of the flange should be no less than 1/3 of the diameter of the saw blade.
 
5.Before starting the equipment, under the condition of ensuring safety, operate the equipment beforehand, point empty loading, check whether the 900mm to 3500mm diamond circular saw blades for granite block cutting is right or not, whether there is vibration, idle for a few minutes after loading, no slipping, swinging or jumping, and then work normally.
