4. The scribing must be uniform, continuous and clear from beginning to end; the cutter wheel is made of special super hard alloy, so as long as you hold the handle with a small force, push the cutter wheel easily and smoothly to draw a cutting line. ; In the process of cutting ceramic tiles, the force is not on the scribing line. Excessive scribing will make the tangent line become sawtooth, which greatly shortens the normal service life of the cutter wheel;
5. Cutting vitrified tiles and porcelain are different saw blades. If the saw blade is not vertical, it is easy to adze. For cutting porcelain, fine sand saw blades are used. Machine instability or vibration will cause adze. When pushing, the force must be light, and the cutting marks on the tiles should not be interrupted, otherwise the tiles will have corners.
