What is the problem with diamond wire saw 04?

When diamond wire saw processes objects, it uses copper sleeve and other butt sleeves to butt the head and tail of a certain length of string bead rope to form a closed circle. During processing, it tightens the closed-loop string bead rope on the guide wheel group of the rope saw. Driven by the driving force, the string bead rope makes high-speed movement and realizes cutting through the grinding movement of the string bead.
Too large taper of beading

After the wire saw is used, the front end (one end in the forward direction) of the beading is generally worn faster than the back end, and a certain taper (< 0.2mm) is a normal phenomenon. However, if the difference between the front end diameter and the back diameter of the beading is more than 0.2mm, it can be determined that the taper is too large.
Too large taper can reflect too fast wear of beads and short service life of wire saw.

Reason:

1. Too fast cutting speed, forced cutting, resulting in faster wear of diamond wire saw beads

2. The formula provided by the manufacturer does not match the cutting object, resulting in too fast wear of beads and taper.

Resolvent:

1. Moderately reduce the cutting speed

2. Moderately increase the speed of rope saw

In addition, too much water will make the diamond wire saw slip and polish. In this case, it should be pulled from the bottom to the top normally.
Before ending, walk for a period of time, about five minutes, so that the joint is not easy to get stuck. The new rope saw shall make three turns per meter, and the old rope saw shall make two and a half meters per meter.
