1. After the saw blade is used, the height of diamond segment is inconsistent
(1) the bearing clearance of the main shaft is too large; open the iron cover of the main shaft box to adjust the nut.
2. Uneven thickness of cut plate
(1) the transmission chain is too loose; adjust the chain tightness.
(2) the guide rollers are inconsistent; loosen the nuts and readjust them.
(3) skip the big end of the saw blade; level the saw blade and pass the inspection.
(4) the screw for fixing trolley screw rod bearing seat is loose; adjust the rotating screw.
(5) the basic tension is not appropriate; the tension of saw blade needs to be corrected again.
(6) the phenomenon that the screw nut is not tightly clamped and shakes; tighten the clamp nut.
(7) the levelness of guide rail diameter is poor; the levelness shall be less than 1mm, and the defect detected by pulling wire shall be adjusted between 0.5mm.
(9) the clearance between the lead screw and the mother screw is large, so the clearance is not eliminated during operation; during operation, pay attention to eliminate the clearance in one direction.
3. Excessive shaking during machine operation
(1) the clearance of main bearing is too large; open the iron cover of main box to adjust the nut.
(2) the radial runout of the saw blade is too large; check the radial runout of the saw blade and replace it.
(3) the main shaft bearing is damaged, resulting in the unstable operation of the saw blade; dismantle the main shaft box, check the main shaft bearing and replace it with a new one.
