The saw blades manufactured through scientific experimental analysis and reasonable design will greatly improve the cutting performance.
(1) Strengthen the bonding degree of diamond.
Coating a layer of strong carbon compounds on the surface of diamond will form plating, titanium, nickel, tungsten and other metal elements covering the diamond surface, which can improve the bonding of diamond, enhance the cohesion of diamond, and do not fall off prematurely in the cutting process, so as to maintain the sharpness of diamond.
(2) Selection of diamond particle strength.
Marble saw blade is processed by grinding agent and cutting, so in the choice of diamond particles, diamond with stable performance and not easy to break should be selected.
(3) Fine powder is helpful to reduce the sintering temperature of knife head and enhance the hardness of matrix.
The pre-alloyed powder shortens the contact time between powder and air, prevents premature loss and segregation of low melting point metals, and enhances the holding power of diamond on the blade segment of diamond saw blade.
(4) Rare earth elements and correct welding technology.
Rare earth elements can reduce the wear degree of low binder in reprocessing, and correct welding ensures that the diamond saw blade head is not burned by high temperature and does not lose the "head" phenomenon.
(5) Correct matching of diamond particles.
In a certain range, the sharpness of diamond saw blade varies with the concentration of diamond. The higher the concentration, the sharper the saw blade. Because of the high requirement of hardness and modulus of elasticity of diamond, the diamond segment needs sharpness, and the requirement of particle size is different. After many manufacturing experiments, the good proportion of diamond with coarse, medium and fine particles of the tool head is 1:0.0227:0.071.
