Analysis of Abrasive Wear Form of Vacuum Brazed Diamond

Vacuum brazed frankfurt bush hammer roller wear is a very complex physical-chemical and mechanical process. It is related to the performance of grinding wheel, the properties of processed materials and the grinding parameters. The wear forms of grinding wheel wear are as follows:
 
(1)Premium vacuum brazed lavina bush hammer roller top surface becomes blunt, and the friction between the abrasive particles and the workpiece causes the abrasive top surface to wear into a small plane and become blunt:

(2)The abrasive particles are micro-fractured and small particles are separated from the abrasive particles.

 

(3)The abrasive particles are broken up and a large part of the abrasive particles are separated to form a new grinding edge.

 

(4)The abrasive particles fall off and the binder is broken.

 

(5)High temperature in the grinding zone causes chemical reaction or adhesion between abrasive particles and processed materials, resulting in diffusion and bond wear:

 

(6)Blockage of grinding wheel is caused by the insertion of abrasive debris into the hole of grinding wheel.
The abrasive wear forms of diamond engineering drills are different from those of ordinary grinding wheels due to their different processing methods. Except for (5), all the above wear modes occur when diamond engineering drills hard and brittle stones. In addition, because of the high grinding temperature generated by grinding heat, the abrasive tip can reach thousands of degrees, which will cause thermal damage of diamond abrasive.
